If your discount code isn’t working, first double-check that it's entered correctly, hasn’t expired, and meets any specific requirements like minimum purchase amounts or product exclusions. If you’ve already tried this and it’s still not working, feel free to contact us with the code, and we’ll look into it for you.

If you've already placed the order and the code did not apply, please let us know your order number and the discount code you were trying to use. If the code was valid, we’ll retroactively apply the discount to your order and process a refund for the difference. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to appear back on your credit card.
