Can I cancel my order?Updated 6 months ago

To ensure orders get out at the quickest speed, our team typically packs orders within a few hours, to up to 24 hours from when the order was placed. For that reason, it can be difficult to cancel orders as we cannot adjust an order after it is packed, but we'd be happy to try. Please email us at [email protected] to see if we can assist.

In the event we can't cancel it before it ships, you're welcome to refuse the delivery through the carrier. Once we receive the package back, we will process a refund of the entire order. If you'd like to this route, below are the instructions on how to refuse a package through our two carriers:
